Object

These terms define the terms of sale between Rigaud and the user, from ordering to services, including payment and delivery. They cover all steps necessary for placing and tracking an order between the contracting parties. Purchasing any product or service from this site implies the user's unconditional acceptance of these terms. Rigaud reserves the right to modify its terms of sale.

  1. Products

The products offered for sale by Rigaud Paris are those listed on this site on the day of the user's visit. The photographs illustrating the products are not contractually binding. If any images are incorrect, Rigaud Paris cannot be held responsible. Despite efforts to ensure the color representation of Rigaud Paris products on this site is accurate, discrepancies may occur due to limitations in computer rendering.

Therefore, Rigaud Paris cannot be held liable for errors or inaccuracies in the product images or representations.

  1. Orders

An order can only be recorded on the site if the user has clearly identified themselves. Order confirmation implies acceptance of these terms of sale and acknowledgment of having full knowledge of them. The seller will confirm the order by email.

The products offered on the site are in stock at our warehouses. Stock discrepancies may cause unexpected product unavailability. Our customer service will inform the client via email or phone. Payment will only be processed for available products.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

Buyers, who are private non-professional individuals, have a 7-day withdrawal period from the delivery of their order to return the product for exchange or refund, without penalty, excluding return shipping costs.

In case of product unavailability after placing your order, you will be informed by email as soon as possible, and you may request cancellation or exchange by emailing customerservice@rigaud-paris.com.

  1. Delivery

Once placed, the order will be delivered to the address provided by the user. Rigaud Paris commits to delivering the items as quickly as possible, with average delivery times between 3 and 15 days within Europe.

Delivery times are indicative; if they exceed 30 days, the sales contract can be canceled, and the buyer refunded.

Rigaud Paris entrusts its deliveries to reputable partners and cannot be held liable for loss, misplacement, or theft. The risk is transferred to the buyer when the products leave Rigaud's facilities. In case of damage during transport, the buyer must notify the carrier within 3 to 5 days of delivery.

An email will automatically be sent to the buyer at each stage of their order's processing.

  1. Payment Methods

Users may pay for their online purchases using a credit card (Shop Pay, PayPal, GPay). Payment is due when ordering, and Rigaud Paris commits to delivering the order upon receipt of payment. Rigaud Paris ensures confidentiality and security through an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment system.

  1. Pricing

Prices are listed in Euros, including taxes, and are subject to change at any time. They reflect the VAT applicable on the order date. Any VAT changes may affect product prices. Ownership of delivered products transfers to you only after full payment.

  1. Warranties

If not fully satisfied, the buyer has 7 days from delivery to return the product(s) for exchange or refund, with return shipping at their expense. Returned products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the delivery note.

If these conditions are met, Rigaud Paris will refund the buyer within 30 days. Non-conforming products will be examined, and if confirmed as non-conforming, the buyer will either be refunded or receive replacement products within 30 days, with shipping costs covered by Rigaud Paris.

  1. Proof and Signature

Providing a credit card number online and final order validation serve as proof of the order and acceptance of all transactions made on the site. This validation constitutes a signature and express acceptance of all operations conducted on the site.

  1. Liability

Rigaud Paris is only responsible for ensuring access to the site and cannot be held liable for issues beyond its control, such as service disruptions, external intrusions, or viruses.

Product descriptions and images are accurate, but errors may occur. Rigaud Paris cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from these terms, such as operational losses.
