Summary:
These Terms and Conditions are entered into by Rigaud SAS, registered with the RCS PARIS B under the number 552 150 625 and located at 231 rue Saint-Honoré,75001 PARIS, (Rigaud) and persons wishing to make purchases via the Web site rigaud-paris.com, (the Acquirer).
Rigaud is a brand operated by Rigaud SAS.
Rigaud and the Acquirer agree that their relations shall be governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions, to the exclusion of any term or condition previously available on the Site.
If a condition is found to have been omitted, it shall be governed by the procedures in place for the online sales sector for companies located in France.
Shipping Rates & Policy
Shipping costs will be paid by Rigaud for all orders of at least £100.00.
Rigaud commits itself to ship the articles ordered as soon as possible.
Should the delivery time exceed thirty days after the order was placed, the sale contract may be cancelled and the purchaser reimbursed.
Your packages may be subject to customs clearance and fees as well as import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.

1. Products
The products offered for sale by Rigaud are those listed on the site the day of consultation by the Acquirer. The photographs in the website are for illustrative purposes only.
While every effort is made to ensure that the colour of the Rigaud products in any photograph is accurate, differences may occur due to technical limitations.
2. Orders
An order may not be placed via the Site unless the Acquirer has been clearly identified. Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions of Sale and recognition of full knowledge thereof. Rigaud shall send an email confirming that the order has been received.

3. Cancellation of purchase
Acquirers have the right to cancel any purchase within a period of seven days beginning with delivery of their order and return the product to the seller for exchange or reimbursement without penalty, except for the costs of the return.
4. Delivery
Once recorded, the order shall be delivered to the address provided by the Acquirer.
Rigaud agrees to ship the articles ordered as soon as possible.
Delivery times are given only as an indication; should the delivery time exceed thirty days beginning with the order, the sale contract may be cancelled, and the purchaser shall be reimbursed.
5. Payment options
The Acquirer shall pay for purchases on line at the time of ordering.
The purchaser’s account shall be debited only upon validation of the order, for the amount of the products shipped.
Rigaud makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data sent via the Web.
Ownership of goods will pass to the Acquirer after full payment of their price.
6. Prices
Prices are given in £, all taxes included. They are subject to change at any time.
They reflect the VAT (Value Added Tax) applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable tax rate may be reflected in the prices of the products.
7. Guarantees
The Acquirer has a period of seven working days within which to return, at his or her expense, the products ordered should they fail to give satisfaction. The products must be returned in their original packaging and shipping material.
Products are returned at the risk and expense of the Acquirer.
Upon safe receipt of the products, Rigaud shall reimburse the Acquirer for the amounts corresponding to the price of the products acquired.
9. Liability
